SUBARU IMPREZA REINFORCED RADIATOR HOSE

OIL CATCH TANK

Feature
The unburned gas which is toxic can remain in the cylinder head of a normal production engine can be returned and sent to the combustion room along with the mixture with this oil tank. Where as with competition cars the unburned gas let out in the air. This tank will not pollute the air and re-burn the gas.

MITSUBISHI LANCER EVOLUTION TURBO SUCTION PIPE

Feature
The funnel type connecter provides smooth steady airflow
This funnel will improve the air efficiency going from the 80mm aluminum pipe to the turbo. The funnel enables smooth induction and prevents air turbulence.

* A K&N air cleaner (available separately) must be fitted with the kit.
* Cars already fitted with the tower bar will not be able to use 55R 24L batteries.

BRAKE CYLINDER STOPPER

Feature
Keeps the brake master cylinders from moving.

HIGH PRESSURE TYPE RADIATOR CAP

Feature
Raises the boiling point for better cooling efficiency, prevents over heating.
Fortified main pressure valve spring and silicon packing are used to raise the pressure inside the radiator for a higher boiling point. The coolant will not boil easily, prevents air bubbles in the block and radiator core with improved heat transfer.

CUSCO's high pressure radiator caps works at 1.3kg/cm2 at zero atmospheric pressure. In practice though, the atmospheric pressure of the road surface (approximately 1.0kg/cm2) is added and the pressure is 2.3kg/cm2.

RADIATOR COOLING PLATE

Feature
Increases air going through the radiator.
Decreases incoming air temperature. Better combustion efficiency increases air going through the radiator for more output, thus holding down coolant temperature on track runs and continuous high speed drives, preventing over-heating.

Material
Light weight aluminum.

Mount
Bolt-on.
Easily mounted by using nuts and bolts on the bodyside.
* Some cars may require the use of the nuts and bolts included in the kit.

WATER SPRAY CONTROLLER

Feature
Keeps excessive heating down and allows continuous driving runs, with power.
Decreases temperature for in-going air to the intercooler, enabling better combustion and increasing air intake amount for more power.

Use
There are various ways to cool your intercooler.
It can be set to spray continuously for a span from one to five seconds in one second intervals. Also the spray interval can be set at 3, 4, 5, 7 or 9 seconds. Other settings include continuous spray for a period of 15 seconds to 3 minutes maximum and ability to turn on at a pre-set rpm level. Of course the settings stop automatically when the tank is empty.

Additional feature
With the optional Nose and Hose Set fitted, the radiator will can be water sprayed as well.
