TWIN PLATE CLUTCH SYSTEM

- For high powered cars, durable for repeated use.
- Sharp response and straight transmission of power.


Use
For both competition and road with excellent maneuver

Easy to slip in, diaphram designed for smooth and light use. A light clutch that enables good clutch maneuvers.

Heat resistant
Improved higher ?, low friction and high heat resistant.
Carbon rich facing used on the disc with ventilated type center blade.

Durability
Self leveling offers longer clutch life.
The self leveling system balances equal wear on both the flywheel and transmission side of the disc to promote longer clutch life.

Fitting
A pull type bolt on type makes easy mount.
The pull type does not require adjuster kits and the bolt on allows easy fit.

SUPER SINGLE CLUTCH SYSTEM

- A lightweight clutch that offers smooth shifting.


Use
High performance with good clutch maneuver.
A light maneuver is required even with a high performance clutch. The Super Single clutch has the diaphragm lever ratio modified with a light pedal as any sporty clutches on the market.

Design
Usability and high power transmission balanced on a high level.
Material interface and size matching has been made possible by mass production. Designed and developed from zero, high performance and easy use has been compatible at a high level.

Pressure
A powerful 1280kg/f (12550N/f) surpassing twin plate clutches.

With CUSCO's original setting of the diaphragm lever ratio, we have realized a pressure figure of 1280kg/f (12550N/f) and capable of handling 400ps and 40kg/f output. The pull type allows an easy bolt on fitting.

HYPER SINGLE CLUTCH SYSTEM

- The clutch for those who want more than the usual reinforced clutch.
- A bolt-on clutch kit with the pedal feel of OEM.


Use
A light pedal and easy slipping in.
The strut drive type design using the strut brace /leaf spring allows better feel and response to the driver.

Set interchangeable
Use and power transmission balanced at high levels.
he clutch cover, disc and flywheel is all interchangeable and offers higher performance than the production interchangeable reinforced type clutch. Material and size to suit.

Pressure
Production feel durable up to 1000kg/f.

Silent
No clanking sounds when the pedal is depressed.

Attachment
A simple bolt on type.
The pull type clutch allows a simple bolt on with adapters.

ROCKET CLUTCH DISK
ROCKET CLUTCH COVER

- Lightweight disc and cover.

Lightweight
Cutting edge thin clutch disc enables sharp response and feel.
By developing the clutch disc and clutch cover as a set, we aimed for ultimate thinness and lightness. Controling inertia and shortening the synchro timing enables swift gear shifts.

Pressure
High strength at high revs.
The reinforced clutch cover is capable of approximately 1000kg/f (depending on the car to a degree). The set development bore a good match for a powerful transmission.

Strength and durability
Strong enough to withstand all tough clutch treatment.
Ultimately thin, heat resistant and durable, the pressure plates of the clutch disc and cover have increased strength. The strap plate that connects the pressure plate and clutch cover have also been greatly reinforced.

Use
Easy pedal effort with upgraded contact pressure.
The turnover type has been used for a lighter clutch with a heavy rate clutch cover. The light clutch enables easy maneuverer without the feel of a high contact pressure.

Balanced
A lighter disc and cover set developed.

*The rocket clutch and rocket clutch cover should be used as a set.
*Other disc and cover combinations will not attain the desired result.
*Please replace the rocket clutch when the clutch is worn.
*Drive train may cause noise heard inside the car.
